Hannah Moldovan is Licensed Master of Social Work. She graduated from Iowa State University with her Bachelor of Science in 2021 and then pursued her Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 2023. Hannah is currently pursuing her clinical social work license (LISW).
Hannah has expertise working with clients who experience chronic illness as well as clients who are in the grieving process due to the death of a loved one. Hannah has experience working with adolescents (ages 10-18) as well as young adults. Working with individuals who have never experienced mental health struggles in the past is something that Hannah has found an interest in. Hannah believes that the relationship between the client and the therapist is the foundation of progress and growth in a therapeutic environment.
Hannah is committed to creating a safe and judgment free zone for clients to foster an environment where clients can explore their experiences, feelings, and sense of self. Hannah currently uses Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches in her work.
If you've never been to therapy, Hannah would love to have you as her client. She is passionate about mental health education and guiding you through your first ever experience with talk therapy.
When Hannah is not in the office, she loves to spend time with family, visit friends around the Midwest, cook her favorite meals, read a good fantasy series, and explore fun ways to stay active.
